Swan appoints Rob Gentles as Chief Commercial Officer
On the 4th March Swan appointed seasoned professional, Rob Gentles, as Chief Commercial Officer to further strengthen Swan’s position in the Retail Solutions market. Rob has extensive retail experience working with small and large retailers in all sectors.
Rob’s key strengths are in the Retail, Hospitality and Garden Centre sectors where he has successfully managed various sales and delivery teams and built up an in depth understanding of these industries which is second to none. Rob will be focusing on delivering Swan’s new Cygnus EPoS system, which includes all the key features required for retail and hospitality.
During Rob’s first few days at Swan, he said: “It’s been great getting to grips with the various solutions that Swan has to offer its Customers, ranging from EPoS and ERP to E-comm and Retail specific Apps. I’m looking forward to meeting our existing customers and developing solutions and services to help their businesses grow.”
