Lifetime Achievement award for Paul Brooking

Paul Brooking will be retiring on March 31^st after 44 years in horticulture. For the past 23 years he has worked with Quality Ornamentals, ultimately as general manager.

Quality Ornamentals Ltd is a sales and marketing company owned by one of the UK's leading bedding plant growers Les Halman Nurseries.  They supply bedding plants to independent and chain garden centres across the UK.

This spring Paul was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award by Wyevale Garden Centres, at their suppliers’ conference. It was the first time this award has been given.

Paul’s successor is Wendy Robinson, who was sales manager at ICL Specialty Fertilizers and before that with Vitax.
