As of September 1st, SBM Life Science Ltd in the UK joined forces with their business counterparts in Benelux, Scandinavia, and Central Europe to create the new North Europe cluster.
This new organisation aims to improve SBM’s European position, practice, and performance in the long term by ensuring synergies and developing sustainable cross-country business relationships.
The North Europe cluster will be led by Katarzyna Miedzinska. Katarzyna brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, having been with SBM since it was formed in October 2016 and previously with Bayer, and has until recently been Head of the Northeast cluster, consisting of Scandinavia and Central Europe.
On her new appointment, Katarzyna comments “I am really excited to be spearheading this new North European team of countries, and truly believe that this dynamic will strengthen our positioning in each of the countries markets. With a diverse team, we can inspire and bring our customers and consumers more innovation”.
In addition to the joining of countries, the new organisational structure will see the appointment of Scott Williams to Head of Business for the UK & Ireland. Previously Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, Scott has also been part of SBMs evolution since Day 1 and previously Bayer, and equally shares Katarzyna’s excitement for its future.

Our experienced and knowledgeable team are here to listen to our customers and understand their needs, in tandem, with understanding the needs of both current and future trends.”
