Paul cycles for YoungMinds

I plan to ride the Prudential Ride London 100 miles in July to help raise awareness for YoungMinds, which is the UK’s leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.

Driven by their experience, YoungMinds creates change so that children and young people can cope with life’s adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life.

Mental health is still seen as a taboo subject, but my 16 year old son has been struck by very poor mental health over the past couple of years, and has been very lucky to receive the care and support needed to help him get back to every day, normal life.

The care has come from a multi-channel approach from medical as well as educational professionals.  In his and their names, I wish to give whatever I can back.

The full details and information on how fundraising can be done and supported, is available on my Just Giving page and is at:

The Prudential Ride London website tells you all you need to know about the event on July 30th 2017:
