The Team
Malcolm Scott DipTP, MA, MRTPI, MLI, MCI HORT Town Planner and Landscape Architect (Managing Director)
Malcolm has a Diploma in Town Planning and a Master’s Degree in Landscape Design from the University of Sheffield. He has held various positions as a Planner. He then worked in private practice as a Landscape Architect with Landscape Design Group before setting up his own company over 30 years ago.
Christopher Primett BA (Hons), MTp, MRTPI, Town Planner (Director)
Chris has both an Honours degree and a Master’s degree in Town Planning from Manchester University. Originally training as a Financial Analyst he joined Malcolm Scott Consultants in 1987 working on developments throughout the UK and overseas.
Chris is a member of the RTPI and has been a Director of the Company since 1996; he specialises in out-of-town retail, commercial and housing developments.
Tracy Hubbard BSc (Hons), MA, MRTPI, Senior Town Planner
Senior Planner Tracy Hubbard graduated from Swansea University with a degree in Geography. She then went on to obtain a Master’s in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England. Tracy has a wealth of consultancy practice spanning 16 years.
Tracy is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has acted as a Committee Member of the West Midlands RTPI.
Faisal Ishaq BSc, MSc, RTPI Licenciate Member: Town Planner
Faisal has a Master of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2012. He has worked in Local Authorities and gained important commercial experience working in Financial Services Support Companies. Faisal joined Malcolm Scott Consultants in Spring 2015.
Faisal is a Licenciate Member of the RTPI.
Fiona Wiggins TechRTPI: Planning Technician
Fiona joined Malcolm Scott Consultants in 2000 and has gained a wide range of knowledge, working closely with MSC’s lead consultants on a diverse range of projects. She provides experienced practical and technical support to the Team including gathering and interpreting information to support applications and the preparation and submission of planning appeals.
Fiona is a Technical Member of the RTPI.
Alexandra Ginés Heiwegen BSc Arquitecto Técnico (Barcelona), BA Interior Architecture (Utrecht), Architectural Technologist
Alexandra graduated as a Technical Architect in Building Construction from the School of Building Construction of Barcelona in 1998. She then graduated as a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture at the Utrecht School of Arts in Holland in 2005. She has worked for Malcolm Scott Consultants as an Architectural Technologist since 2005.
Alexandra has considerable experience with our practice in the preparation of technical drawings for planning applications, particularly elevations and building layouts.
Helen Scott BA (Hons), DipTP, MRTPI, Town Planner (Consultant)
Helen has a degree in Geography from Sheffield University and a Diploma in Town Planning from Manchester University. She has previously worked as a Development Control Town Planner.
Helen has wide experience in Development Control from the Local Authority perspective and has brought that experience as a Town Planning Director in Malcolm Scott Consultants for 30 years.
