Geoff Caesar joins Allensmore Nurseries
Geoff Caesar has recently joined Allensmore Nurseries as business development director.
His focus will be new product development, looking at roses and other product groups. The new role is outward facing, working with breeders and customers. He will also be working on transferring Allensmore out of peat.
Geoff had a 25 year career with Bransford Webbs, which built to becoming managing director. In 2017 he left to join Ball Colegrave as Director at their Bordon Hill Nursery in Stratford upon Avon. Geoff said, “This was an exciting job for me. I enjoyed working on the production side of the business.”
Geoff sits on two HTA committees, the ornamentals committee and the peat task force, a commitment that is important to Mark Taylor, who is managing director of Allensmore.
Geoff said “I am very excited to be joining such a progressive company as Allensmore Nurseries and look forward to working with a great team as the business continues its impressive growth”.
