Leading UK plant information company Joy of Plants launches a new ‘Automatic Plant Marketing’ service at the GCA Conference for converting garden centre café/restaurant visitors into plant buyers.

Joy of Plants new ‘Inspirations’ service provides garden centre marketing teams with a super-quick and super-affordable way to promote plants year-round to the captive audience in their cafes and restaurants, and elsewhere on site, giving their customers edutainment as well as encouragement to buy plants.

Joy of Plants launches ‘Inspirations’, their Automatic Plant Marketing service, at the GCA’s ‘Associates Exhibition’ on January 28th. They provide a single URL a Garden Centre can use on any digital screen – typically in a café, or perhaps at the entrance, or even an old laptop by the tills. More Inspirations than adverts, the service selects a playlist each day to promote the right plants for the time of year, all year round, all in the garden centre’s branding.

For garden centre marketing teams, it’s an incredibly quick and effective way to ensure that visitors are prompted to visit the houseplant and outdoor plant departments before they leave the store, to increase sales of plants and care products. Joy of Plants handle everything, following the garden centre’s branding, so all the marketing team have to do is to display the URL on-screen, either directly in a browser or on a playlist. For garden centres looking for greater efficiencies in their marketing efforts, it’s a no-brainer.
