Wanted. Polytunnel set up with land and house

We are looking for a small parcel of land, with existing Polytunnels or greenhouses. Maybe some type of plant nursery? The property does not have to be currently trading. Ideally some form of living accommodation will be provided onsite.

Initially looking to lease/rent, with an option to purchase within five years. Any area of UK considered, but sadly Scotland would be too far.
