Nursery land and warehousing required minimum 40,000 Sq Ft

Internet based retailer looking for nursery land/ secure yard and office area in or around Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire area. Ideally an external storage area with a minimum size of 40,000 sq ft, along with either a dry storage area or the possibility to erect a pre fabricated storage shed, for storage and office use.

Must have telephone/ internet access along with access for HGVs.

Would be looking to erect some polytunnels also, so if already on site even better.
