Growing space in Essex wanted

Small commercial greenhouse, polytunel or field considered in Colchester or surrounding areas.

Established business (sole trader) looking for a new nursery near Colchester (or surrounding areas) to grow herbs/perennials. I normally sell at events and wholesale so site would not be visited by the public just myself. I would consider a polytunnel or glasshouse ideally. Need a water supply, but electricity not necessarily essential. I run the business part time so don't need a huge amount of room. Open to all possibilities.
