Elevate your Home & Garden offering with Ivyline

Company: Ivyline

As the garden industry looks forward to Glee at the end of this month, much-loved British supplier, Ivyline, is getting set to unveil hundreds of beautiful new lines at the show. The family-owned business will showcase its latest design-led home and garden collections - ranging from premium grow-your-own accessories and giftable planters to Christmas décor and outdoor furniture - from Hall 6 Stand E60-F61 of the exhibition.

The in-house design team was truly inspired when creating the new Spring/Summer 24 collection, which includes 162 new indoor lines and 115 for outside, most of which are made close to home in Europe with ethical and sustainable principles in mind.

Always with an eye on market-leading style trends, the designers have incorporated Pantone Colour of the Year for 2024 – fresh and delightful Apricot – into the new collections, along with premium Terracotta, extra-large planters and other desirable additions which address gaps in the market for emporium pieces and regency style.

A price reduction on around 80 products and price freeze on hundreds more will help ease the burden on retailers as Ivyline works with customers to tackle the cost-of-living crisis. Fantastic new point of sale and display solutions will elevate the Ivyline offering instore, providing the perfect backdrop for aspirational lifestyle products that will draw the customer’s eye.

Ivyline Managing Director, Scott Thomas, says: “We’re hugely looking forward to showing customers our latest collections at Glee. We’ve listened carefully to retailer feedback over the past months and have really tried to hone in on specific gaps in the market to help ramp up sales.

“As well as offering a wide variety of value ranges so that our products can be enjoyed across all consumer demographics, Glee will see the introduction of some fabulous premium pieces that will attract well-heeled customers who aspire to a certain lifestyle in the home and garden. We’re especially pleased with the new large-scale planters and stunning terracotta pots that I’m sure will prove irresistible! Our Christmas collection has also gone from strength-to-strength, further cementing our strengthened position in this important market segment”.

New lines can be beautifully merchandised with Ivyline's bespoke in-store display solutions that will attract shoppers to stores like bees to honey! The two-tiered display and stunning POS offers full product access that can be optimised to suit any store layout, whilst an additional merchandising unit is available for the classic Brampton outdoor terracotta model.

Highlights of the Spring/Summer 24 Collection

The new SS24 collection is presented within a variety of style themes, designed to suit different consumer tastes and lifestyle choices Beautifully fresh colour combinations lift the collection to new heights and help create a truly aspirational feel that will inspire consumers and tempt them to invest in heirloom pieces for the home.

Buyers visiting Glee will be spoilt for choice by the breath-taking array of new designs, many of which are ideal for prime gifting occasions such as Mother’s Day, birthdays and Christmas. Pots designed for on-trend, small-scale 9cm orchids and cacti up the gifting ante and provide affordable choices accessible to most consumer groups.

A lovingly curated collection of terrariums has been styled out of recycled glass which consumes up to 30 per cent less energy in the production process. Each terrarium set includes a packet each of charcoal, gravel, sand and rocks, giving customers everything they need to set things up before adding the plants of their choice. This makes them ideal for gifting, removing the need for unwieldy bags of aggregate and eliminating confusion about how to create the miniature eco-system.

Home Style Edits

Charming Moreton Ivory scalloped two-tone vases in the Country edit are perfect for mum, whilst the Painswick white and natural terracotta planters epitomise the understated elegance of this collection. For a more textured finish see the new Tarah blushed glaze planters in Ivory, Sage and Blush, the rustic charm of Chambray in Rustic Ivory and Rose or the stylish scalloped edges and relaxing colour palette of the Bourton planter.

The Joy Edit lives up to its name with the covetable pastel colourways and delicious summery style of the Positano Geo Planters and Layla, which are perfect gifts for female relations and Mother's Day. The two-tone Copenhagen planters in Aqua, Blue and Pink, meanwhile, will catch the eye whether they're in store or adorning the rooms of a country cottage.

Interesting new shapes have been introduced to the Nature's Story Edit, with the hand-finished, wax relief Nova design tapping the trend for bowl-shaped planters which taper at the rim. The leaf embossed Botanist planter brings a zing of unusual colour to the fore, whilst the 9.5cm Mia in Aqua, Pebble and Forest Green is one of several designs created with smaller orchids in mind. These are ideal for gifting and come at highly competitive price points.

Curiosity will turn to fascination with the Austin dual-tone metal planters in Rhubarb and Green, whilst Lecce in speckled Plum and Grey extends the trend for pots on legs which Ivyline has done so much to boost in recent seasons.

New to the Purity edit is the Valetta Terrazzo Planter in Ivory, Blush and Caramel, whose calming colours and clean style will appeal to modernists and classicists alike. The Aurora Terrazzo planters with handles in Oat and Slate will help to capture the Mediterranean trend that's descended upon British homes and gardens as summers heat up and siestas beckon.

The core Simplicity range continues to offer great value for money with reactive glaze planters at entry price points and directional colourways. The smooth, refined shape, fabulous new colours and contemporary matte finish of Prague won't fail to stand out on shelves, whilst the lovely Lisbon planter is constructed entirely from recycled materials for that all-important sustainable edge. The stunning new Coral colour provides a super-stylish accent that spells happiness and sunshine.

Leading the way Outdoors

Retailers will be queuing to snap up the premium handmade terracotta urns and planters in trend-focused colours, which are frost proof, UV stable and elevate this planter category to new heights, bringing a Tuscan flavour to the British countryside. A wide range of styles, shapes and sizes are available, from extra-large to small and discreet, ensuring there is a model to suit most customers.

Country Living just keeps getting better as the Outdoor Collection unfolds, with two-tone Hazleton Copper and reactive glaze pebble planters, all of which are frost proof and UV stable. The introduction of Honey coloured glazes looks ahead to next year's Pantone colour of the year, which promises to be a similar Apricot hue and is complemented by a matching design in Aqua.

Covetable elevated such as Dallas or Seattle bring a height boost to outdoor plants, whilst 100% recycled materials used throughout the Ella outdoor pots, troughs and vases brings sustainable manufacture to the fore once again.

A new Ivyline collection would not be the same without a touch of Classic Luxury, where unique two-tone metallic finish planters will set the bar for stylish outdoor living. The addition of beautiful new trellis and plant support designs in the hugely popular Lifestyle Gardening Grow-Your-Own range extends the high-end feel.

Firepits & Furniture

As ever, the Ivyline outdoor collection includes a stunning premium selection of firepits and water features constructed from a variety of different materials in a broad cross-section of styles. These perfectly complement the excellent quality UV stable outdoor furniture and decor collections made from FSC certified Acacia wood and other carefully chosen materials.
