Gardena announces plans for interactive and resilient garden

Company: Gardena

Leading watering and hand tools brand GARDENA has announced its return to RHS Chelsea Flower Show for 2024 with an interactive and resilient stand, that encourages growth and offers inspiration and education for all.

GARDENA has partnered with expert eco-designer and warrior on waste, Lynne Lambourne, for a third year at the world’s biggest five-day flower show, to create the interactive experience. The stand is designed to inspire people to re-think the plants they use, and how to care for their gardens with more sustainable and resilient practices.

The display will be located at stand no. PW194 and has been expertly designed in line with GARDENA’s 2024 campaign, Grow With GARDENA, which encourages growth in all forms, from growing your own food produce, to personal growth and growing as part of a community of passionate gardeners.

The garden will be beautifully resilient with a carefully curated planting scheme, designed to showcase how you can keep your green spaces hydrated and healthy using GARDENA’s innovative watering products, which aid water harvesting and work to preserve the precious resource.

GARDENA has also partnered with a group of like-minded suppliers to ensure that all elements of the garden have been sustainably sourced.

Speaking on the garden, Sarah Bentham, UK Marketing Manager at GARDENA, said: “We’re so proud to have designed another forward-thinking garden for 2024 in collaboration with Lynne Lambourne. We’ve worked closely with Lynne for several years to create not only our beautiful Chelsea Flower Show gardens, but also to produce inspirational content for GARDENA’s gardening community. As a continuation of this, we hope this year’s interactive garden will inspire attendees to take a little bit of Chelsea home with them and put new practices in place.”

Lynne also currently runs the ‘Warriors on Waste’ movement to teach young people to take better care of the planet through upcycling and conscious living.

Talking about the partnership, Lynne Lambourne said: “This year’s collaboration with GARDENA advocates for the transformative potential of green spaces. It will be an immersive experience that goes beyond observation and serves as a platform for knowledge-sharing and community-building and our hope is that every guest leaves inspired.”

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show will be open to the public from Tuesday 21st May – Saturday 25 May 2024.
