Greenfingers Charity calls on Glee visitors to Go Floral

Company: Glee

Greenfingers Charity is encouraging everyone heading to Glee on Thursday 10 September to embrace Floral Thursday and help raise vital funds for children's hospice gardens.

Now a much-loved part of the show, Floral Thursday sees exhibitors and visitors dress in their floral finest, from bold shirts and colourful dresses to statement accessories and botanical prints.

Throughout the day, the Greenfingers team and charity supporters will be collecting donations and selling raffle tickets to support the charity's work creating beautiful, therapeutic gardens for children with life-limiting conditions and their families in hospices across the UK.

Floral Thursday finale

The celebrations will culminate at 12:30pm on Glee's Centre Stage, where raffle winners will be announced and attendees will be invited to take part in a special world record attempt for the most people dressed in floral print in one photograph.

Linda Petrons, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Greenfingers Charity, said: “Floral Thursday captures just how brilliantly this industry comes together. Behind all the fun is a really important purpose, with every raffle ticket and donation helping us create more magical gardens for children and families spending time in hospices.

“We would love everyone at Glee to join in, however big or small their floral contribution, and then come together at Centre Stage at 12:30pm for what promises to be a fantastic finale.”

Every penny raised through Floral Thursday will support Greenfingers Charity's work creating inspiring outdoor spaces at children's hospices across the UK.

So, when packing for Glee 2026, remember: Thursday means floral!
