New Legal advice line for HTA members launched
Members of the Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) now have access to a dedicated legal advice line to help with any Business Legal queries they may have. This new helpline is provided by Darbys Solicitors LLP, a regulated law firm and provided via their specialist legal advisory team.
The legal world can often seem detached and unapproachable and coupled with a fear of expensive bills often means businesses don’t seek professional advice when they need it. Provision of this helpline now provides a valuable extension to the range of benefits provided by the HTA, aiming to help remove these barriers and apprehension and enable our members to obtain quality professional advice and support when they need it.
Darbys Solicitors LLP are a full service law firm, which means they have the expertise to provide advice on any area of the law, and are ranked in the top 200 law firms in the country. The service is free for HTA members to use and is completely confidential and covers all business legal matters, with the exception of employment which is already supported by the HTA HR and Health and Safety advice line, run by Alcumus.
