HTA unveils 2026 events programme

The Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) has revealed its 2026 programme of events, building on the strong engagement and attendance achieved throughout 2025. The calendar combines flagship national events, regional member meetings and a programme of webinars aimed at supporting businesses across the horticultural sector.
The year’s physical events begin with the Garden Press Event on 17 February at London’s Business Design Centre. Now in its 20th year and delivered in collaboration with GIMA, the event remains a key fixture for connecting HTA members with garden press and media.
A major focus for early 2026 will be catering, one of the fastest-growing areas for garden centres. Regional catering events taking place across February and March will bring together garden centre, café and restaurant teams to explore trends, share expertise and respond to increasing consumer demand.
The programme continues into summer with the return of the HTA National Plant Show at NAEC Stoneleigh in June, followed by further regional events throughout the summer and autumn. Horticulture, the Conference will also return to the Barbican Centre, London, on 24 September.
The Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) Cluster Meetings will again run across multiple regions, offering landscapers opportunities to network locally and share best practice.
Commenting on the programme, Elia Johnston, HTA Director of Membership and Marketing, said the 2026 calendar reflects member feedback and reinforces the association’s commitment to helping businesses connect, learn and thrive within a rapidly evolving industry.
