Gardenex and PetQuip announce new Patron Programme
The Federation of Garden and Leisure Manufacturers has unveiled its new Patron Programme, an elevated membership scheme for companies wishing to contribute to the wider support and promotion of the garden and pet sectors.
The programme recognises leading businesses that help fund the Federation’s vital work in supporting smaller British companies to grow and export, following the withdrawal of government funding for such initiatives.
Patron members will enjoy enhanced benefits, including prominent branding across Gardenex and PetQuip materials, features on the Federation’s website and in trade news, product showcases at Meet the Buyer events, and promotion within the British Pavilion at international shows. They’ll also be invited to take part in webinars and the annual Patron’s Dinner.
The Federation has announced its first three Patron members: AutoPot, VegTrug, and Canagan. Each is recognised for its leadership and commitment to supporting UK trade and sustainability.
AutoPot, whose power-free irrigation systems are endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, exemplifies the type of innovative, energy-efficient business the Patron Programme seeks to champion. CEO Jason Ralph-Smith said: “We’ve benefited hugely from Gardenex’s support over the years, and becoming a Patron is our way of helping ensure that others can too.”
