YPHA members to hold a Cotswolds regional event at Ball
The Young People in Horticulture Association (YPHA) has arranged for members to visit the Ball® 'Summer Showcase on 26th July.
This is an opportunity to see many of the UK’s most popular selling annual and perennial plant varieties, what’s new for 2025 season and get a sneak peek at experimental lines being assessed for future introduction.
The Cotswolds-based wholesale distributor is renowned for innovation and new ideas. This visit offers members exclusive access to their 2024 'Summer Showcase' garden, specialist marketing talks, lunch and networking opportunities.
Tickets are available on the YPHA website to members on a first-come-first-serve basis for £5, it is advised to book as soon as possible. Full details about the day's schedule to follow.
Second event of the year
The YPHA's trip to Ball® is its second event of the year, following the success of its Eden Project visit in February 2024. The YPHA aims to deliver events in different locations across the UK, making them accessible to all members.
"Our visit to Ball® is a great opportunity for YPHA members," said Jeremy Costello, Strategy Manager of YPHA. "As young professionals, this experience will not only broaden our knowledge but also inspire us to innovate and contribute meaningfully to the industry. We are grateful to Ball® for hosting us."
