The Garden Centre Group Names Jason Danciger Food & Beverage Director
The Garden Centre Group today announced the appointment of Jason Danciger as Food & Beverage Director, effective 16 December.
Jason joins from Marks and Spencer where he has worked for the past 5 years as Head of Hospitality, most recently adding Fresh Counters to his portfolio. In this role, Jason has had overall responsibility for over 300 cafes and 80 casual dining eateries in the UK as well as 40 international eateries. Prior to Marks & Spencer Jason served as Advisory Board Member of the London International Wine Fair, Director of Food for Spirit Group, and Commercial Director for Chez Gerard. In his early career he worked as General Manager of the National Gallery restaurant and as a Chef de Cuisine for 9 years under the Roux Brothers.
