Nova Outdoor Living appoints new sales manager
After experiencing unprecedented growth, Nova Outdoor Living has been on the search for new talent that can continue to help steer the company into ambitious waters. This search has led to the appointment of Tara Harris as their new Sales and Operations Manager.
In this role, Tara will be responsible for driving Nova sales, by collaborating with agents and sales representatives, alongside the Nova team to deliver their yearly forecasts and budgets. She’s also responsible for reviewing its operations to make sure Nova is reaching its maximum potential.
When asked about her appointment, Tara shared the following, “I am thrilled to join the Nova team and continue to offer customers premium garden furniture. The team have the expertise and knowledge to continually introduce new and exciting ranges. Our core values will remain the same, by providing our customers with a high-quality service.”
Within a short space of time, Tara’s already begun to work closely with Nova’s leading finance and customer service teams, giving her the resources needed to address areas of improvement and ensure all aspects of the company are running efficiently.
Prior to joining Nova, Tara worked in advertising for over two decades, where she was a part of a high-performing sales team. A crucial part of her role was to help increase revenues, and due to her hard work and success within the last few years, she was promoted to the position of Sales Manager.
Not only does Tara bring an undeniable work ethic, but she also brings a wealth of experience that will be crucial to the success of Nova. With her ability and understanding of sales and operations, Tara is already making a difference, with Ian Read commenting on the appointment by saying “Tara has already proved she’s the right person for the job, and she’s a great asset to the business already!”
