New marketing man for New Era
David Stafford is the new marketing manager at New Era Aquaculture, the Thorne-based ground-breaking fish diets manufacturer.
As a guitarist in his spare time David aims to play his part in the company becoming the ‘must have’ brand for more stockists and aquariums across the globe when feeding fish.
Nottingham-born David is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and his last was as an account manager with a Sheffield-based advertising agency. He has wide ranging experience in sales and marketing management within the automotive, energy and engineering industries.
At New Era David will be responsible for all promotional activities including advertising, promotional material, exhibitions at home and abroad and supporting distributors and retailers.
He said: “This is an exciting opportunity for me. New Era’s recent expansion, both at home and globally - particularly in the USA and the Far East - has been outstanding, which several prestigious awards have recognised. Our continued presence at Interzoo, the world’s leading exhibition and the meeting place for the international pet industry, is testament to our world standing.
