New Chairman and new President for Choice Marketing

Choice Marketing is a buying and marketing group for 35 independent garden centres in the UK, which was set up in 2002.  They have a combined buying power of over £100m.

At their recent AGM, members elected Mark Winchester of Blackbrooks garden centre, north of Hastings, as their new chairman.

Tony Blake of St Peter’s Garden Centre near Worcester, a former chairman and a founder member, was made president.

The group has declined by one to 35 members, following the sale of Bybrook Barn in Ashford to Longacres.  It is therefore inviting garden centres to make contact, who would like to know more about the benefits of membership of Choice Marketing.
