New appointments at BALI Landscape House
Following a review of the support available to members from the Association, BALI has re-focused its staff resource and recruited three new positions, based at Landscape House in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, but supporting members across the country.
The role of Technical Officer, held by Jonathan Tame, is now providing members with industry technical support ‘on demand’. With a wealth of experience across the landscape and grounds maintenance industry, Jonathan is also out visiting BALI member businesses to offer guidance and support on everything from changes in legislation to best practice and to help them get the most from their BALI membership.
The new Sales Officer role, held by Shaw Pye, will support BALI members during their first year and seek to build membership across all categories. BALI recognises that new members often need support and encouragement to engage with their regions and Shaw will be visiting new members and helping them to take advantage of the many benefits available to them through the national and regional support network.
Boosting the day-to-day contact BALI has with its members is Emily Pollock who has joined the Landscape House team as an additional Membership Officer working alongside Rachel Douce.
Speaking about the decision to change the way BALI supports its membership, Chief Operations Officer Wayne Grills said: “We must constantly review how best to serve all of our members, not just those who regularly engage with regional activity. By ensuring that all members have ready access to technical, membership and regional support from an enhanced Landscape House team who will also be out and about visiting them, the BALI Board believes members will receive even greater value from their membership.”
