Millbrook launches its new rewards programme
The company, which has garden centres in Gravesend, Kent and Crowborough, East Sussex, has unveiled its loyalty programme called the ‘Millbrook Family’.
Tammy Woodhouse, Managing Director of The Millbrook Garden Company, said: “The Millbrook Family is free to join and has been designed to treat people with personalised benefits and exclusive discounts at the garden centres and its cafés, and also at other favourite places in the Crowborough and Gravesend areas.
“Once you’re a member of our extended family, we’ll be in touch regularly by email to keep you in the loop on all of our seasonal top tips, offers and rewards. There will be plenty of exclusive extras all year round too.
“We are hosting our first exclusive member reward event at both garden centres on Friday, March 22 from 6.30pm.
“The Mayor of Crowborough, Councillor Mike Cooke will attend the event at our Crowborough garden centre to help officially launch the programme. The Deputy Mayor of Gravesham, Councillor Derek Sales and Deputy Mayoress, Mrs Pam Sales will be present at our Gravesend centre.”
There will be music, complimentary drinks and canapés during the evenings for members of the Millbrook Family. People can also sign up on the night.
Millbrook Family members will get 15% off all purchases made at the member reward evenings when they spend more than £25. This excludes gift card and Greencafé purchases.
Tammy added: “When people show their Millbrook Family card at the till during the events they will be able to enter our surprise draw for free. Some of the star prizes on offer include a £50 gift card or £25 off your next shop.”
The Millbrook Garden Company Limited is a family-run, independent company and serves the South East of England.
It provides customers with a wide range of quality plants, shrubs, trees, furniture, barbecues, gifts and food items. The company’s friendly and knowledgeable staff are on-hand to give visitors help and advice on all gardening matters.
The business consists of two garden centres: Millbrook at Crowborough, East Sussex, which was founded in 1979, and Millbrook at Gravesend, Kent, which opened in 1994.
Both centres also have cafés serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, breakfasts and lunches using fresh, seasonal produce some of which is grown at the garden centres. There is ample free parking at both centres.
