Melcourt appoints Nikki Burton as Managing Director

Melcourt Industries Ltd, the UK’s leading supplier of peat-free garden and landscape products, announce the appointment of Nikki Burton as Managing Director from 1st January 2025. Andy Chalmers, current Managing Director, will retire on 31 December 2024 after over 45 years in the bark and compost industry.

Nikki Burton joined Melcourt during October 2023 and comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in business operations and is already making an impact as the company continues to invest and grow. Andy Chalmers will continue to play a key role for the business as company Chairman.
