Robin Clark has written with the following announcement:
It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that my mother, Mrs Jean Clark, died suddenly last Wednesday 12th March. She was co-founder with my late father David of Findlay Clark Limited in Milngavie and leaves 3 of us – Robin, Alexander and Duncan.

Clark, Jean Rowley, died suddenly, Wednesday 12th March 2014 aged 82.
Darling wife of the late David, mother of Robin, Alexander & Duncan, dear mother-in law of John & Wendy, Granny of Sasha & Alice.
Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate Jean’s life to be held in Drymen Church on Friday 28th March at 10.30am. No black please and no flowers, donations in lieu to www.nyos.co.uk or www.nadfas.org.uk.
The service will be followed by soup and sandwiches for everyone at Killearn Village Hall, Balfron Rd, Killearn, Stirlingshire G63 9NL.
Jean was joint founder, with David, of Findlay Clark Limited based in Milngavie, Glasgow, one of the largest Garden Centre, Landscape and Nursery businesses in Scotland with branches in Aberdeen, Kinross and Paisley. The business was sold in April 2000 allowing David and Jean to retire and follow other interests.
