Italian partnership ais motto bene!

Company: Wyevale Nurseries

Wyevale Nurseries and Innocenti & Mangoni Piante teamed up to develop Greenline Plants, which is a cash and carry outlet, to deliver a more bespoke service for its customers.
Adam Dunnett, Sales and Marketing Director at Wyevale Nurseries, explained: “Greenline Plants, which is based at the Earlswood nurseries site in the West Midlands, was set-up in partnership with Innocenti & Mangoni Piante to ensure ease of supply of our full product range.
“Alan Standring, who has 27 years’ experience in the horticultural industry, oversees the running of the company. Since its launch in 2008 Greenline Plants has gone from strength to strength and we are looking forward to continuing with this success.
“The idea for the company came about as we wanted to make selecting and buying plants as easy as possible for professional horticulturalists. Working with another nursery has enabled us to increase our plant offering while still providing our customers with a one-stop-shop.
“For example, our ‘select and collect’ service, gives customers quotations and means they can make orders by email, fax or phone. People can also use our ‘tag and reserve’ service, enabling them to reserve plants for pick-up or delivery at a later date.”
Greenline Plants is able to supply a wide range of plants, including bamboos, herbaceous perennials, palms, roses, shrubs, topiary as well as the more exotic and unusual varieties.
If it hasn’t got the plants a customer needs on-site its team of experts will aim to source the plants required.
Adam added: “As well as our huge selection of plants, our Greenline Plants’ centre also has a restaurant, a pot recycling facility and a private meeting room, which is ideal for landscapers or contractors to bring their clients to discuss and select their plant requirements.”
Innocenti & Mangoni Piante has been dedicated to the production and the marketing of quality outdoor ornamental plants since 1950.
