Green-tech promotes from within to gear up for expansion plans

Green-tech has today announced a new structure in readiness for its future expansion plans.

Forward thinking Green-tech has an ambitious target of hitting £20m turnover by 2020. This has led to a comprehensive review of the sales side of the business which has seen an extensive restructure with many long-term employees receiving promotions.

The restructure has led to the creation of new departments and roles and promotion of several internal key players such as Richard Gill, Mark Wood, Andrea Questari, Roger McGivern and Dean Jackson.

Richard Gill has been promoted to the position of Head of Sales with responsibility for the Sales Managers and New Business Team. Andrea Questari and Dean Jackson, both clocking up 10 years with Green-tech have received promotions to Sales Manager positions and between them will manage the day to day sales operations. The New Business Team, a newly created department within the business will be headed up by Roger McGivern. Mark Wood is now the Green-tech Brand Development Manager and will oversee Green-tree Soils, Regency Feeds and John Chambers Wildflower Seeds; all strong brands within the business portfolio.

In addition there has been several new recruits across all departments with further planned at various projected growth stages.
