Geoff goes tash-tastic for Hereford hospice

Company: Wyevale Nurseries

A member of staff at one of the UK’s leading nurseries in Hereford is this month (November, 2016) growing a moustache in aid of a hospice in the area.

Geoff Godsall, who has worked at Wyevale Nurseries for 29 years and is currently a Trading Foreman, will be growing a moustache to fundraise for St Michael’s Hospice in Bartestree.

Geoff, who is 63-years-old and lives in Hereford, said: “I choose to support St Michael’s Hospice as it is a wonderful local charity, which offers a fantastic service to the community during particularly hard times. Both the hospice and Macmillan Nurses have helped my friends and family in the past.

“I will be growing my moustache during November and I will be able to shave it off on December 1. I am looking forward to growing and trimming my facial hair into a fine tash. I am hoping to raise more than £200 for the hospice.”

People can sponsor Geoff via www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Geoff-Godsall.

St Michael’s Hospice looks after people age of 18 and above with progressive life-limiting illnesses at various stages of their journey. It also provides care and support for patients’ families, friends and carers.

The product selection available from Wyevale Nurseries is enviable across the industry and the talented team regularly introduces new, award-winning plant varieties.

Its main business is to supply garden centres, landscape contractors, local authorities, foresters and landowners with a comprehensive array of trees, shrubs, hedging, herbaceous and specimen plants.
