Christie & Co appoints Tom Glanvill as Head of Leisure Brokerage

Christie & Co has appointed Tom Glanvill as its new Head of Leisure Brokerage. Glanvill has been with the company for almost ten years and previously led its Garden Centres team, where he established and expanded the firm’s activity in that sector.

In his new role, Tom will continue building on his garden centre success and will oversee the development of Christie & Co’s wider leisure portfolio, including residential and holiday parks, marinas, visitor attractions, and other leisure‑related markets.

His appointment coincides with the forthcoming retirement of Jon Patrick, who leaves the business at the end of March 2026 after 42 years. Patrick has led Christie & Co’s Leisure & Development operations and has worked across a range of national and international assignments.
