Char-Broil boosts UK Garden Centre & Specialist Channel team
Leading BBQ brand Char-Broil has appointed Grant Murdoch as its new Key Account Manager (UK & Ireland), responsible for driving growth across Garden Centre and Specialist Channels.
Effective immediately, Grant’s new role will be to develop new accounts as well as maintain and grow existing relationships with Char-broil’s key retailers within this sector in the UK. He will draw on over 13 years of experience in key account management across various industries, with his most recent role being at Kamado Joe BBQ.
Grant will report directly to Luke Hopkins, Char-Broil’s General Sales Manager (UK & Ireland), who says of the appointment: “We’re delighted to welcome Grant to the Char-Broil team and look forward to working with him to continue driving the success of the Char-Broil brand in the UK”.
“Grant will use his extensive experience and proven skills to support our accounts in all aspects of the sales journey, helping them deliver a high level of customer satisfaction to the consumer. He will also be supporting the introduction and sales of our fantastic line-up of products for 2024, including the exciting new ‘tech grilling’ EVOLVE range which looks set to transform the BBQ experience.”
