Business is blooming as the team at PP8 Marketing grows
The wealth of experience at PP8 Marketing in the Home, Garden and Sustainability sectors has bloomed with the addition of Carrie Burgess. Carrie joins as Marketing Coordinator to support client delivery and account management as PP8 Marketing continues to grow.
Like founder Paula Parker, Carrie has worked throughout the gardening sector in various roles and brings with her experience as a buyer, as well as from account management and marketing. She has worked across both sides of the fence, as retailer and supplier, so clients will benefit from her all-round experience.
Carrie initially started working in the sector as a buyer for Crocus across all non-plant categories - anything from fertilisers to garden furniture! She also launched the Waitrose Garden website during this time, responsible for managing email campaigns, online merchandising and promotion of the Waitrose branded range of garden products.
Working for Hygeia Garden Care, Carrie was responsible for building their presence in the UK across various trade/supplier shows as well as driving their UK social media accounts.
