Rather than just talk about it, the Colegrave Seabrook Foundation are doing something about the shortage of people seeing horticulture as a viable career.

With the help of GCA members and the wider horticultural industry in the UK the Colegrave Seabrook Foundation have created a series of podcasts ‘Cultivate Your Future’. The series speaks to people from the wide variety of roles in our industry. Listeners can hear about what they do, how they got into the job and the opportunities that they see ahead for their career.
