Wyevale Nurseries welcomed Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester to its Hereford headquarters to celebrate the people behind the family-run wholesale business.
During the visit, The Duchess toured the nursery's growing operations, propagation facilities and environmental initiatives, meeting staff from across the business.
The visit highlighted Wyevale Nurseries' in-house propagation expertise, sustainable production practices and long-standing commitment to British-grown plants.
To mark the occasion, The Duchess joined Chairman Heather Williamson and Managing Director Andy Johnson in planting a commemorative Pyrus chanticleer tree, while receiving a Wild Service Tree grown at the nursery.
Celebrating its 96th year, Wyevale Nurseries supplies trees, shrubs and plants to landscapers, local authorities, housebuilders and garden centres across the UK.
