Notcutts Dukeries Garden Centre emerged as the standout performer
National family-owned garden centre group Notcutts celebrated the achievements of its 19 garden centres and support office at their annual conference and awards ceremony on 20 March at Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth.
The event brought together over 100 colleagues, Notcutt family members, and 17 suppliers for an evening of recognition and shared success.
Awards were presented by Chairman Bridget McIntyre and Vice Chairman Caroline Notcutt, honouring individuals and teams across 15 categories.
Notcutts Dukeries Garden Centre in Worksop emerged as the standout performer, winning Best Garden Centre Performance, Best Restaurant, and Indoor and Christmas Excellence awards. General Manager Andrew Rawson expressed delight at the recognition, attributing success to the team's passion and hard work.
Other notable awards included Planteria Excellence for Notcutts Wheatcroft in Nottingham and Community Hero for Notcutts Brampton in Cambridgeshire.
Gay Sanders from Notcutts Maidstone received the Passion, Inspiration and Expertise award. Frontline Hero awards were presented to individuals from each garden centre and the support office, with six colleagues celebrated for long-term dedication.
CEO Nick Burrows praised the exceptional performance and commitment to excellence demonstrated across the group.
