Transforming Acorns Hospice: LOFA's contribution to a magical garden

Steve Millington, the Chairman of LOFA, made a visit to Acorns Hospice in Walsall this week. During his visit, he handed Linda Petrons, Director of Fundraising & Communications at Greenfingers and Toby Mobberley, Volunteers Manager at the hospice a cheque for £6,500.

These funds will enable VaRa Garden Design and Paul Taylor Landscapes to bring The Centred Garden project to fruition at Acorns Children's Hospice. They plan to completely transform the central area by incorporating interesting plantings, play and sensory equipment for the enjoyment of children and their families, and colorful shades outside each bedroom suite, among other enhancements.

LOFA takes great pride in supporting Greenfingers and the wonderful work they do in creating magical gardens for children in hospices.
