Heavy Plant Crossing

Company: British Garden Centres

British Garden Centres have had such a successful couple of months that Heavy Plant Crossing signs have been added in front of all centres, as people are leaving with truckloads of plants.

All kinds of plants are in heavy demand this season. Garden centres are feeling this demand, enjoying full car parks, an increase in the sales of plants. British Garden Centres have upped the stock levels in their plants' department to cope with the 'weighty' demand.

Boyd Douglas-Davies, PR and Communications Director said "It's fantastic to see customers, new and old, enjoying their gardens. It's great to see the enormous increase in the sales of plants.

Hopefully, this road sign will help customers as they leave with such heavy loads.

British Garden Centres (BGC) is the UK’s largest family-owned garden centre group with 60 centres around the country. The group is owned and led by the Stubbs family, who also own and operate Woodthorpe Leisure Park in Lincolnshire.
