We are looking to recruit a Shop Manager for Iron Acton Garden Centre. Our centre has seen significant growth over the past few years which has meant an opportunity has arisen to further this success and join our friendly customer focused team.

Ideally you will be in a similar role, but we are keen on talking to someone looking to take the next step into management from a supervisor level in a retail environment preferably already in the garden centre industry but not necessary.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop departments supporting a small management team. You will need to be a hands-on manager who is willing to lead by example.

This position is full time working alternate weekends with an allocated rest day during the week. You will receive a competitive salary depending on experience, 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, Uniform, Training, Company pension scheme and Free parking.
