What you'll do:

• Ensuring the quality of our plants and other outdoor products
• Creating and developing welcoming and attractive displays
• Confidently, effectively, and efficiently dealing with issues
• Supporting colleagues training and development
• Planning and implementing staff rotas
• Collaborating with the senior leadership team to ensure continuous improvement
• Occasional travel to Head Office or other Centres

What You'll Need:

• Ideally you should have previous industry experience
• Experience in, or ready to move into, a management role
