Torwood Garden Centre in central Scotland is looking for an experienced retailer, with proven leadership qualities and a passion for both gardening and catering.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of five department managers across all areas of retail and catering. Retail management experience essential, with proven leadership and genuine passion for customer service. Knowledge of garden related products advantageous, as would experience in catering management. The successful applicant will step into the role with confidence and inspire the team to deliver at their best, communicating effectively to realise our goals for business in a commercially viable way.
