The date of next year's Garden Re-Leaf Day is Friday 20th March 2026 

Fundraising campaigns and charity events are held to collect charity donations for Greenfingers Charity. Therapeutic gardens and hospice gardens are built for children's hospices by garden designers and landscapers.
