I have been a loyal customer of my local Dobbies since opened i. I have been in the habit of meeting friends two or three times a week for coffee but after recent visits we have decided to go elsewhere as the organisation in the restaurant is appalling.This is not a reflection of the staff but rather a lack in management.l know that Covid has ment restrictions but other places have coped much better

Is it not a sad situation when a garden centre "aims to have an authoritative offer on plants and gardening, which contribute 32% of sales". Is it a Garden Centre or is it a retail outlet that offers a Gardening section. Surley for the industry including growers, composts and pots and so on this is not a good "Garden Centre" model. Also changing from walking into plants is that really a good thing?
