Is new tech the key to catering customer satisfaction?

The introduction of a new kiosk and app-based ordering system at Fron Goch Garden Centre in North Wales has prompted the question - are kiosks and an app for ordering the future for garden centre restaurants?

Well on my Easter travels I called in to test the system ...I have to say it worked seamlessly. Excellent service and attention to detail ....clearly if it is set up well like this it could be the future. Their prawn salad was delicious!

I did ask this question, as I am of the same demographic! The answer seems to be yes, especially if it helps avoid the queues and you have hot food as a result. Of course, in my opinion, you can't beat full table service!
