Glasshouse/growing space in London to rent

Looking for space to grow and store some plants for an ecommerce business. Somewhere close to central London or greater London would be ideal. It can be as little as 10-50sqm and needs to be secure.

The type of plants are fragrant and heirloom varieties. Access to water or electricity would be great but if not possible then its not a problem.
