Glasshouse / Horticultural Nursery Wanted – Lea Valley
We are a UK AgriTech company developing intelligent indoor-growing and crop optimisation technology, looking for suitable glasshouse or nursery space in or around the Lea Valley.
Preferred locations include:
Nazeing, Waltham Abbey, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Turnford, Roydon, Enfield and surrounding areas.
Requirement:
- Approximately 500–1,500 m² of glasshouse space
- Smaller facilities from approximately 300 m² may be considered
- Larger sites are also of interest if they can be divided
- Water supply is essential
- Electricity required; three-phase preferred
- Existing ventilation preferred but not essential
- Heating infrastructure would be advantageous
- Existing nursery infrastructure, irrigation equipment or growing systems would be beneficial
The site will be used for a professional horticultural research, development and crop-growing project.
We are particularly interested in unused or under-utilised glasshouse sections within existing nurseries, so the whole nursery does not need to be vacant.
We are open to a commercial rental, licence or longer-term lease depending on the property.
