As Planteria Supervisor, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the department and lead the team, taking responsibility in the manager’s absence. You’ll uphold Garsons’ high merchandising and housekeeping standards, create and refresh inspiring plant displays, and deliver exceptional customer service with expert horticultural advice. You’ll order stock using the retail management system, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and complete daily shop-floor tasks including replenishment, stock takes and moving stock.
