We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day and strategic running of our nursery at Bridgemere.

This is a senior, hands-on position, working closely with the Nursery Production Manager and Despatch Manager to support the group’s long-term strategy for plant production and growth.

The role will suit someone with solid nursery experience, good horticultural knowledge, and the ability to manage operations, systems, and people while supporting the next phase of growth for the business.
