This is great opportunity to join our high performing and creative team at Cherry Lane R&G. You would be responsible for leading and working alongside the Outside Sales Area Team, as well as being part of the overall leadership team of the Centre.

Our goal is to continue to increase profitable sales sales across plants, homegrown plants and the outdoor gardening products. You will need to deliver, along with your team: high presentation standards, excellent customer service, the ability to 'trade' and of course to have creativity to ensure the centre always impresses our customers.

As well as working closely with the garden centre team, you will need to communicate well with our buying team to get the right stock from our suppliers and our very own nurseries to exceed your sales targets.
