You will be responsible for leading the outside team, along with the Horticulture Supervisor. We are looking for someone who has a passion about customer service, can deliver high retail standards and can continue to deliver the strong sales growth.

The responsibilities also include Duty Manager responsibilities with the other members of the Garden Centre Management Team.
