We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Sales Assistant to join our family-owned independent busy garden centre. This full-time role includes working alternate weekends and requires a genuine passion for plants and excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will have previous horticultural experience, good plant knowledge, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties include assisting customers, caring for plants, replenishing stock, merchandising displays, and maintaining high standards throughout the department.
