We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Grower to lead our production team and deliver exceptional plant quality across our nursery. You will oversee all aspects of crop cultivation, including irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease management and environmental controls. The successful candidate will combine strong horticultural knowledge with excellent leadership skills, driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
